Here’s an interesting tidbit. Remember last week’s secret DARPA contract awarding just shy of $8 million to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corp.? Well, we noticed that 41% of the work was to be performed in Billerica, Mass, and that sounds like a sub-contract situation. Just out of curiousity, we checked to see who has offices in Billerica:
